1) Shipping Policy

Delivery methods and prices

  • We deliver the goods by parcel machine or courier ( Omniva / Itella SmartPOST / DPD).
  • The exact delivery price and available options are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing time and delivery time

  • Orders are usually completed within 1 business day after payment is received.
  • Typical delivery time in Estonia: 1–3 business days . (Latvia/Lithuania: 2–4 , rest of EU: 3–7 business days.)

Tracking

  • After the parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email.

Delivery/handover

  • If desired, a personal delivery is possible by appointment . Please arrange a time by email or phone.

Damage during transport

  • Please inspect the package upon receipt. If there is any damage to the outer packaging or the product is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and the device.

Lost shipment

  • If the shipment does not move or does not arrive on time, contact us - we will inquire with the carrier and find a solution (replacement or return, depending on the situation).

2) Return Policy

14-day right of withdrawal (for consumers)

  • You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods (in accordance with EU and Estonian consumer protection rules).
  • For B2B/business sales, returns are subject to agreement .

Return conditions

  • The product must be handled with care and with the same accessories (e.g. charger, cables) as when received.
  • Please remove your accounts and locks (e.g. iCloud/Find My, BitLocker, BIOS passwords).
  • If possible, perform a factory reset / log out of Windows and other user accounts.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to back up data . We will securely erase the device's data media again before resale.

Return cost

  • If you return a product without defects within 14 days, the return cost is free for the customer.
  • If it is a defect or our mistake/wrong set/wrong product being sent, we will also cover our shipping costs.

How to return (steps)

  • Write to info@fortech.ee – include the order number, product name and reason (if desired).
  • We will send you instructions and a return address/code.
  • Pack the product securely (use the same packaging if desired).
  • Once the package has reached us, we will perform a technical inspection (usually 1–3 business days).

Refund

  • We will confirm the return by email and issue a refund to the same payment method within 1-5 business days after inspecting the item.

Exchange

  • Would you like to exchange the same product for a different configuration? Write to us - we will offer an exchange immediately if possible.

Exceptions (non-refundable)

  • Digital licenses/activation codes, already activated software.
  • Products that have mechanical damage or are missing parts and are not compatible with prudent use.

3) Warranty case vs. 14-day return

  • The warranty is valid for the period stated on the product and covers manufacturing and hardware defects under normal use.
  • The warranty process is described on the Warranty Terms page (see separate page).
  • If the error appears in the first few days, write immediately - we will help you choose whether to have a warranty repair , exchange, or return the purchase contract .
